New family orientation is your Cub Scouts first official night as a member of the Pack. If you have not registered, don't worry, join us anyway and we will make sure you are on the right path. While your Cub Scout is learning about the basics of how to be a Cub Scout, parents will be participating in an instructional class with Q&A intended to get you started on the path of being a Cub Scout Parent.

Regardless of what age or grade a Cub Scout is in, he/she must earn the Bobcat rank befor
e earning any other rank. The Bobcat requirements focus on the fundamentals of Cub Scouting that every Cub Scout must know. The Bobcat requirements are:

  1. Learn and say the Scout Oath, with help if needed.
  2. Learn and say the Scout Law, with help if needed.
  3. Show the Cub Scout sign. Tell what it means.
  4. Show the Cub Scout handshake. Tell what it means.
  5. Say the Cub Scout motto. Tell what it means.
  6. Show the Cub Scout salute. Tell what it means.
