The Weboree is a weekend overnight program held at Camp No-Be-Bo-Sco for 4th-grade Webelos Scouts and their parents/guardians. The foremost purpose is to introduce the scouts and their parents/guardians to the type of activities that they can expect to do in Boy Scouts. The success of the Weboree is based on peer example: that a scout learns by the skills, attitudes and behavior of older, trained Boy Scouts and uniformed leaders.
The nature of the program is a typical day at camp: an eight period day plus lunch and free time before supper. Each participant will follow a complete schedule for all events. In order for the council staff to meet with leaders and guardians, the afternoon schedule will include a surprise activity for the Webelos Scout.
We promise to keep your Scouts busy all weekend!
Weboree is a "rain or shine" event!!
