All Pack 846 Den Leaders and Committee members are encouraged to attend this fun filled outdoor skills event. Outdoor skills are critical to the success of the Scouting program, and Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills will provide leaders with the basic outdoor skills information needed to start a program right.
One full weekend will cover Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills for Boy Scout Leaders (IOLS) and Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation (BALOO).
A good portion of the weekend will be in round robin sessions covering skills like cooking, fire building and use of wood tools. Part of the weekend will be in larger group settings where all participants will be together.
All registered participants will receive information via email prior to the start of the course. The Cost is $45 per participant.
