Sandwich Night

Pack 846 will be sponsoring a “Sandwich Night” at First Presbyterian Church in Caldwell. On a monthly basis for twenty two years First Pres. makes 450 bag lunches to benefit St. John’s soup kitchen in Newark.

Cubs of ALL ages can participate in the making of the bag lunches for the less fortunate. Sandwich Night only takes about 45 minutes.  The date the Pack has been assigned to do this is Tuesday, February 18th, 5:45 pm. we will begin promptly at 6:00 pm.  (use Westville Ave. glass staircase entrance and proceed downstairs)

This is a great opportunity for our Scouts and their families to give back.  Service to our community and those in need, is an important action that every Cub should participate in.  

Scouts must wear class A uniforms and be prepared to work.  This is a serious activity and we need the scouts to be as serious as possible.  Speak to them ahead of time so that they know what we are doing and why we are doing it.  It's truly an amazing experience, we hope you can join us!!!
